We can only accept returns for purchases made through www.localshawaii.com. All other requests should be directed to the original place of purchase.
Yes, free shipping is available for orders totaling $50 or more after any discounts/promo codes are applied (excluding taxes and shipping charges). The offer is applicable to standard shipping within the 50 states and the District of Columbia but excludes international orders, U.S. Territories, and APO/FBO. Applying promo codes that reduce the merchandise subtotal below the $50 threshold will disqualify the order from the free shipping promotion.
We do not offer free returns at this time. Customers have the option to ship the return on their own or utilize the convenience of a pre-paid return shipping label provided by us. The cost of the shipping label will be deducted from the refund amount. In the event of an exchange, we will cover outbound shipping for the replacement pairs on all domestic destinations. We go global! We do international shipping to several destinations, including Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, and select countries in Asia and Europe. Please be aware that customs taxes or duties may apply to your order. These charges, determined by the destination country, are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid upon arrival. We are unable to predict or control these charges.
Mistakes happen, but before you send ’em back, try check the fit. Our slippah sizes are in inches, and so are the size labels on the slippahs.
In Hawai‘i, find Locals at CVS/Longs Drugs, Foodland, and Don Quijote store locations. (If you’re looking for a specific style or size, maybe call in advance to make sure they have ‘em, yeah?)
